Allianz Commercial's London UK Apprentice Program takes school-leavers into a 3.5-year programme with 20% study time (apprentices are about 10% of its London workforce); Allianz Engineering runs a two-year Level 4 Engineer Surveyor Apprenticeship for people with engineering experience; and Allianz UK has advertised degree apprenticeship and Information Security apprenticeship roles.
