BMW Group UK
Get started. Go anywhere.
BMW Group UK takes apprentices at MINI Plant Oxford, Plant Swindon, Plant Hams Hall, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars at Goodwood and its Farnborough business headquarters (Summit ONE). Routes are technical (two to four years of manufacturing, maintenance and control engineering, including degree options), business (college one day a week towards a Foundation Degree or a BA in Business and Management Practice), IT, and craft apprenticeships in leather and wood at Rolls-Royce. Apprentices earn a salary with no study debt, and Oxford has a dedicated apprentice training facility.
