CBRE (UK)
CBRE runs two UK apprenticeship schemes. The Commercial Real Estate Apprenticeship Scheme, started in 2013 and described by CBRE as the first and largest in the property industry, is a four-to-five-year route to qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor for A-level leavers who choose not to go to university, with pathways in surveying, project management, HR, finance, ESG and marketing. The Global Workplace Solutions Engineering Apprenticeship is a four-year technical-services programme taking more than 50 apprentices a year.
