Fidelity International
Feel Fidelity
Fidelity International offers two-year apprenticeships across several business teams in the UK and Ireland, combining hands-on work with a higher-level apprenticeship qualification, a buddy and an apprentice coach. UK apprentices are based at Lower Kingswood (Surrey) or Cannon Street (London). The programmes on offer change each year; for 2026 Fidelity expected to run Client Services, Resolutions, Technology, Real Estate, Business Management and HR Legal apprenticeships, recruited through its Oleeo early-careers board.

What stands out
Takes 'a select number of apprentices' rather than hiring on volume; the mix of apprenticeship programmes changes each year, and pre-registration puts candidates on the list before applications open.
