Marks & Spencer uses apprenticeships mainly to develop existing colleagues, in engineering, HR, learning and development, retail management, business transformation and leadership up to Level 7. Its school-leaver Retail Leaders and Buying & Merchandising routes, which included an optional Level 6 apprenticeship, no longer have live pages, and we found no M&S tech apprenticeship.
