To Be a Good Company
Tokio Marine HCC International (TMHCCI), a specialist insurer in the Lloyd's market, runs a two-year UK apprenticeship programme for school and college leavers as an alternative to university. Applicants choose a discipline such as claims, underwriting, finance, IT & data or procurement, study towards a professionally recognised qualification with at least 6 hours a week of off-the-job training, and are based in London or Bridgend.
